What we collect
If you send a booking request or a message through the forms on this site, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, telephone number if you provide one, vehicle details and the content of your message.
Why we use it
Only to answer your request and to arrange work on your vehicle. We do not use it for marketing, and we do not sell it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and to keep a record of work arranged, and are then removed.
Cookies and site data
This site stores your cookie choice in your browser so that your decision is remembered. Nothing else is stored unless you accept non-essential cookies. See the cookies page for details.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to service@onetech-auto.org and we will respond.
